About Flow Yoga
The essence of the style of hatha yoga that we practice is "breathing, feeling, and listening to the body." Flow yoga is practiced by moving through a series of asanas, or poses. When the breath is coordinated with each movement, the whole series becomes a moving meditation that calms the mind and balances the autonomic nervous system.
The chakra balancing class uses the unique crystal, fragrance, and tone for each chakra to harmonize its energy. Each class focuses on a particular chakra, the energy centres of the body.
